We want you to love your stationery and stickers as much as we do, but if you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns for unused items within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure all items remain in their original packaging to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Email our customer care team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Authorization.

  Secure Packaging

  Carefully pack the unused items in their original protective wrap to prevent damage during the journey back to Japan.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Send your package using a trackable shipping service of your choice and provide us with the tracking number for monitoring.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once we inspect your returned items, we will process a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
